You are paying Rs. 1.00 Crore for a 1000 sq. ft. built-up area flat.
07a. How do I know the carpet area is more or less?
For example 01 :
Unit 1: Built up area 1000 sq.ft.has 650 sq.ft. of carpet area.
Unit 2: Built up area 1000 sq ft.has 700 sq. ft. of carpet area.
You need to make a choice between these two flats.
07b. Which option is more beneficial for me? Save 10% +/- amount?.
You should choose unit 02, the 700 sq. ft. carpet area flat because you are paying Rs.100.0 lac instead of Rs.108.5 lac, which translates to saving Rs. 8.0 lakh (9.8%) compared to buying the 650 sq. ft. carpet area flat.

Unit 1: Built up area 1000 sq.ft.has 650 sq.ft. of carpet area.
Unit 2: Built up area 1075 sq ft.has 650 sq. ft. of carpet area.
